Hullmark Helps Build a Vibrant Riverside Through Support of Eats & Beats Streetfest

Through Riverside’s Eats & Beats and beyond, Hullmark Developments proves its commitment to building a strong Riverside community, 2 years running

Riverside’s Annual Eats & Beats Streetfest is back – this year on Saturday, June 3rd and Sunday, June 4th alongside the Riverdale ArtWalk. Join us as the festival helps ‘Celebrate 150’ and Indigenous roots, with festivities spanning Riverside’s 10 vibrant blocks along Queen Street East from the DVP to Empire Avenue.

Hullmark Developments has been a strong community member within Riverside for several years now. Beyond being just a real estate investment and development team, Hullmark are city builders committed to shaping a vibrant urban Toronto. Riverside has certainly been no exception to this.

From their sponsorship of Riverside’s 5th Annual Eats & Beats food and music festival to the Riverside bridge lighting and public art project in 2015, to bringing in unique and independent business that add to the character of Riverside, Hullmark has been at the forefront of helping animate the neighbourhood as a great place to live, work, and play.

For Hullmark, embracing the urban realm isn’t just focused on bringing density into the Downtown core, but rather to create more complete and vibrant communities that are in line with the neighbourhood’s character and architectural heritage – strengthening urban neighbourhood’s sense of place and belonging.
