Although more known for their delicious Middle Eastern brunch items like the Amber Eggs and Corn Polenta & Mushrooms, Amber Kitchen also boasts a great coffee menu. Their drinks are perfect to pair with their freshly baked treats like the Chocolate Babka.

One of the best parts about coming regularly to Dark Horse is their seasonal offerings. This fall, they have the Banana Bread Matcha and the Pistachio Latte. If you’re feeling peckish, they’ve also got croissants, muffins or for something more on the savoury side, pressed sandwiches.

Aside from the classics, Isle of Coffee also serves up unexpected hits like the Tahini Maple Latte and Popping Brewccino, which is cold brew topped with milk foam and — wait for it — popping candy! Don’t miss out on their signature madeleines and basque cheesecake too.

Address: 771 Queen St E, Toronto, ON M4M 1H5
One of Riverside’s hidden gems, the Queen Garden Cafe is the cafe perched in the middle of the Queen Garden Centre. They’ve got a good selection of drinks and pastries to enjoy on their dog-friendly patio. During the winter, you can also get toasty in front of their fire pits.

Address: 806 Queen St E, Toronto, ON M4M 1H7
The Riverside location of this beloved Toronto coffee chain is known for its cozy interiors and comforting drinks. Jimmy’s Very Own, a vanilla latte with a caramel swirl, is a must-try if you like sweet and creamy coffee. Jimmy’s also makes a mean pumpkin spice latte!
