Blackbird Baking Co. is located at 635 Queen Street E. in Toronto's Riverside neighbourhood. Over 60 retailers and restaurants across the GTA use Blackbird's products, including fresh croissants, loaves, and other delicious baked goods.

The opening of Blackbird by Chef Simon Blackwell marked the fourth generation of bakers in his family beginning in Staffordshire, England in 1894.
