Join in ‘Women, Wine and Wellness’: an evening talk by local wellness experts paired with Ontario wine tasting in Oma Chiropractic and Wellness’ relaxing and rejuvenating space. The talk will delve into “What exactly IS self-care, and how in the world can we integrate it into our already busy lives?!” Clinical social workers Jennie Ormson and Julie Zikman Toporoski will introduce tried and true strategies to put YOUR needs back on the lost! Jennie and Julie have over 40 years combined experience helping people cultivate resilience, optimism, and healthy relationships. This is also an opportunity to “try and order” wines from some of Ontario’s finest wineries.
