Riverdale Yoga Babies is a fun group that has been running consecutively since 2006. You can expect a fun, personalized class free from attitude and judgment.

No prior experience of yoga is necessary; the intent is to reconnect to your body through yoga, as well as connect to our fabulous group of new parents!

All levels are welcome!
