There’s something for everyone, with live music, engaging activities, creative art workshops, delicious eats, and locally-owned small businesses to explore.

*Embark on a captivating walk through Riverside’s iconic landmarks, businesses, and public art installations on the Riverside Sound Bites Tour as part of Doors Open Toronto! Discover the rich history and culture of Riverside’s vibrant community, and indulge in a sensory experience – check out our tour options for May 27th and 28th here!

*Make your day even better by combining our Sound Bites Tour with our local market on May 28th from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. at Riverside Common Park to explore unique artisan products, and indulge in delectable eats from local vendors. Plus, experience the amazing talent of our local musicians with live performances and let your little ones have a blast with exciting activities in the Kiddie Corner – view all the details and RSVP for a chance to win one of five gift packs filled with Riverside BIA goods!

More About Riverside BIA & 2023 Events @ Riverside Common Park

The Riverside BIA, established in 1980, is one of Canada’s first BIAs, located along Queen Street East between the Queen Street Viaduct to just past De Grassi Street. Rich in history, green spaces and public art, the BIA includes over 100 unique eateries, retail shops, boutiques, and a range of professional services.

Riverside Common Park is located at 657 Queen Street East and was officially opened in October 2021. The Riverside BIA and community collaborators are working together to bring regular activations to this new community space in 2023. It’s all part of welcoming everyone to enjoy what our local business district and neighbourhood has to offer!

The Riverside C’MON community events series has been funded by the City of Toronto’s Transit Expansion Construction Mitigation Grant Program, as part of Government of Canada support through the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario.
