DESCRIPTION:This 2-hour workshop is an introductory seminar for couples who would like to learn basic Thai Massage techniques for the purpose of relaxation and wellness. \nThis session will demonstrate fully clothed massage techniques as well as assisted stretching in Prone\, Supine and Seated positions. There will be time for participants to practice the techniques after the demonstrations. \nAll participants are asked to wear flexible\, comfortable clothing such as yoga clothes or sweat pants.
