An exclusive six-course experience featuring a one-night-only collaboration between Chef Cam Nelson and his career mentor Chef Sonny Sung (Edmonton’s Sorrentino & Bisteca).

The artisanal feast will highlight Canadian game including bison, venison, water buffalo and a last minute surprise addition. Fresh, local seasonal produce will highlight the unique dishes. The meal will include wine pairings from Toronto-owned Reine & Pape, craft beer from of Hamilton’s Fairweather Brewing Company, and sake courtesy of Gekkeikan Sake, with Canada’s first Sake sommelier Robin Morgan in attendance.

Embracing the M’Eat ambiance, the GAME NIGHT atmosphere will make guests feel as though they are sitting directly at the chef’s table. Working directly behind in the bar, Chef Nelson and Sung will create an open and inviting event where guests will taste creative innovation and the authentic quality taste that hormone-free and humanely-raised game produce.
