After hundreds of raffle entries, four weekly draws and a grand draw, we’ve come to the end of the Riverside Rewards Raffle!
In case you didn’t know, there was ongoing watermain and transit construction work along a portion of Queen East all winter. It was greatly impacting business for many members of the BIA. Thankfully the work is now completed and the area if re-opened!
Hence, we launched the Riverside Rewards Raffle to help the affected businesses get through this challenging period while rewarding your unwavering patronage!
To celebrate the success of the Riverside Rewards Raffle and outpouring of support from all of you, let’s read some kind words from raffle participants and participating businesses:

Aside from services like acupuncture and physiotherapy, they host so many beautiful events too! “We have lived in Riverside for 25 years and enjoy the local businesses within walking distance. My wife loves the breakfast at Prohibition Social House. We go there regularly to watch sports games as well. There are lots of TVs, service is fast, and the food is great! It was such a good idea for the Riverside BIA to run a contest to support local businesses during the construction!” – James
Our grand prize winner – Aimee – was able to spread the local love around even more through her selection of gift cards to five local businesses she and her friends love.

Speaking of supporting the community, let’s Clean Queen East Together on Friday, April 24th (11am-1pm) and help keep our neighbourhood litter-free! All cleaning supplies and some post-cleanup treats will be provided. All you have to do is REGISTER HERE and show up on clean-up day — that’s it! See you then?
