Riverside BIA (Queen St East) and Queen Street West BIA have teamed up to create three virtual walks highlighting local restaurants, public art, and historical elements of these two beloved Toronto neighbourhoods. Officially launching on May 7th, the weekend of Jane’s Walk Toronto 2021, inspiration is drawn from urbanist and philanthropist Jane Jacobs.
‘Riverside Eats’ marked a milestone as the Riverside BIA’s first virtual event! The event did double duty of showcasing some of the incredible restaurants and chefs right here in Riverside, while raising money for an amazing local cause! Thank you to our fantastic event production team and our fabulous audience! Check out this post to learn more, see the event recording and all the fun videos!
The Beaches International Jazz Festival has been a sought-after summer tradition for the past 32 years. The festival has brought life, music, culture and drawn crowds into Toronto’s east end communities.
