This year we are once again joining forces to bring you a variety of fun and safe activities for Halloween over the week of Oct 25th to Nov 1st! \nSo dress up and join in the fun!! \nWhat’s in Store and How to Take Part: \n\nGET YOUR FREE TICKET to let us know you’re coming!\n\n\nDANCE PARTY – Fri Oct 25th (drop-in) 10:30 am -11:30 am on 2nd Floor Ralph Thornton Community Centre. Wear your favourite costume\, and join us for a fun Halloween Dance Party! We will dance to some classic Halloween tunes\,along with a few fun children’s songs! For children with their caregivers. Presented by the South Riverdale Child-Parent Centre and Queen/Saulter Library.\n\n\nPUMPKIN CARVING – Sat Oct 26th (drop-in) 9:30am-12pm at Jimmie Simpson CRC. Materials and tools provided free.\n\n\nFAMILY CRAFTY HALLOWEEN -Sat Oct 26th (drop-in) 2 pm-3 pm in the Queen/Saulter Library. Create your own spooky Halloween craft to take home! All materials provided. For pre-school and school-aged children and their caregivers.\n\n\nRIVERSIDE HALLOWEEN FEST – Sun Oct 27th – 10am-3pm Enjoy Free Pumpkin Patch\, Treats\, Face Painting\, Dog Costume Party\, and more cotton candy\, and more surprises! Get your costumes ready for the spook-tacular annual Riverside Halloween on Sunday\, October 27th with kids activities from 10 sm – 3pm at Riverside Common Park and fun for the pooches in Joel Weeks Park! Plus\, get your ticket to join our Riverside Ghost Walk from 1-2pm. On Nov 1st\, 6:30-7:30pm\, bring your pumpkin(s) out to Degrassi St Park\, take park in a community pumpkin parade\, and leave your pumpkin for composting by the City of Toronto.\n\nThis year’s festivities are presented by the Riverside BIA\, the Ralph Thornton Community Centre\, the TPL Queen/Saulter Library Branch\, the South Riverdale Child-Parent Centre\, and the City of Toronto.
