After two successful seasons on Queen West, the Toronto Flower Market has found a new home in Riverside for its third season at 659 Queen Street East . They are a market that ‘celebrates locally grown flowers, the growers that cultivate them and the florists that style them’. Field growers, La Primavera Farms, along with 13 other participating vendors have been working all spring to bring fresh and stylish blooms each month at the market.
The monthly market launches on Mother’s Day weekend, May 9 from 10AM-3PM. The first market date will feature tulips, hyacinth, hydrangea, lilac, & more. The duo behind Carl&Rose will be set up this weekend selling their electric coloured collection of locally made planters. The Quince Flowers van will be there with complimentary iced tea!
